Deontay Wilder will take on Joseph Parker tonight in Saudi Arabia, but the Bronze Bomber is not the only act in town. Here's everything that you need to know.
Anthony Joshua sees Otto Wallin as stepping stone to world title
Deontay Wilder will stake his claim for a world title shot when he takes on Joseph Parker in Saudi Arabia tonight. The former WBC heavyweight champion is part of a double headline bill in Riyadh two days before Christmas, with American returning to the ring for the first time since October 2022.
If Wilder can see off New Zealander Parker he will remain on course to face Anthony Joshua in a proposed final eliminator match which could decide who will challenge either Tyson Fury or Oleksandr Usyk for their coveted belts.
British fighter Joshua must first overcome Otto Wallin before he can think about the prospect of facing Wilder, but the latter won't have to wait very long to discover the outcome as Joshua and Wallin will face each other straight after the conclusion of Wilder's dust-up with Parker as part of a bumper double Christmas bill in the Middle East.
Also appearing on the impressive fight card is British fighter Daniel Dubious, who after two defeats, has a job on his hands to keep his own world championship ambitions alive. He faces controversial American Jarrell Miller, who is undefeated in 27 fights.
Dmitry Bivol will defend his WBA light heavyweight title against Lyndon Arthur, while Ellis Zorro can take the IBF cruiserweight title with victory over Jai Opetaia.
The European heavyweight title is also on the line, as Agit Kabayel defends his belt against Arslanbek Makhmudov.
